How can we help?

+ Orders & returns

  • How can I place an order?

Go to the product page of the product of your choice (via the top bar). On the page, click on “buy now”. Then click on the cart icon in the top right corner to continue to the checkout where you can finalise your payment.

  • How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 5 days without giving any reason by sending us an email at care@foryouth.co. You cannot cancel an order if the product has been opened because of health protection reasons. If we shipped the order already, the customer will bear the cost of returning the package to us. For more information, please check our terms and conditions and refund policy.

  • Can I return my order?

Yes. We will reimburse your payments less the cost of the shipping fees, within 5 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product from you. You will bear the cost of returning the package to us, unless the item is faulty. You cannot return an order if the product has been opened and is therefore not suitable for return for health protection reasons. For more information, please check our terms and conditions and refund policy.

  • Can I buy For Youth products in retail stores?

We are currently only stocked at several locations in Singapore! You can check out our partnered stores here.

For other countries you can only purchase our products on our online store here.

+ Shipping

  • Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Singapore, but we offer worldwide shipping.

  • Do you ship to Malaysia?

Yes, we ship to Malaysia! Bear in mind that you might be liable for local duties and taxes. Also familiarise yourself with rules around the import of NMN in Malaysia as we do not take responsibility for a failed import. We do not take responsibility for orders that are rejected for import by local (customs) authorities, so make sure you are allowed to get our products delivered.

  • Do I need to pay taxes and/or duties upon delivery?

We are shipping from Singapore. Please note that you might be charged duties and/or taxes upon receiving the product. We don't not take responsibility for orders that are rejected for import by local (customs) authorities.

  • What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for Malaysia are RM15 for standard shipping and RM30 for DHL Express.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! If you order for more than RM400, you will get free standard shipping. Orders over RM1000 qualify for free express delivery.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, your order will also safely arrive at a PO Box.

  • Where’s my package?

Please check the link in your order confirmation email to track the status of your package.

  • The tracking for my order says “delivered,” but I never received it.

Please reach out to us at care@foryouth.co so we can check this with our carrier.

  • How do I track my order?

We will add the tracking link and carrier to the order confirmation email.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch your order on the following business day upon receiving it. Our goal is to deliver within 2-3 business days. Please note that, due to the cross-border nature of the shipment, it will undergo Malaysian customs procedures, potentially impacting the delivery up to 3-5 business days. Also note that for deliveries to East Malaysia that have cleared customs, an additional 4 days are required.

Disclaimer - We anticipate a slight extension in processing duration at customs throughout sales and the holiday period.

  • In which currency are the prices listed?

Our prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit. Don't worry, you can buy our products with any major credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. The major cards that we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club and JCB.

  • Do you accept PayPal or ApplePay?

We currently accept ApplePay and Paypal.

  • ApplePay is not working for me. Is there a bug in your system

ApplePay might not be working if you have linked your ApplePay to a payment method we don't accept, like for instance a Maestro card. Please try using one of the other payment methods.

  • When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately upon purchase of your plan or individual product.

  • Can I get a refund?

Yes. We will reimburse your payments less the cost of the shipping fees, within 5 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product from you. You should bear the costs for returning the product to us. You cannot return an order if the product has been opened and is therefore not suitable for return because of health protection reasons.   • How do I use a promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout on the payment page.

  • Is your website secure?

We take your security very seriously and have an ‘https’ designation on all pages on foryouth.co that houses secure information. All our payments are processed by Stripe, a payment provider with the highest grade of payment processing security.

+ Subscriptions

  • How can I sign up for a subscription plan?

When submitting an order on the product pages of the For Youth website, simply select subscription and click on ‘subscribe’ to order a subscription plan. Just fill out your details and we will ship you a bottle every month.

  • How does the subscription plan work?

We can make ordering your favourite For Youth products easy by shipping you a bottle every month at a 10% discount. Your credit card is charged on a monthly basis, but you can cancel at any time.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time by logging in to your account at For Youth and clicking on cancel subscription.

  • Can I get a refund?

Yes. We will reimburse your payments less the cost of the shipping fees, within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned product from you. You should bear the costs for returning the product

Store supplements in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

+ Safety and quality assurance

  • Does For Youth have 3rd party testing?

Each production batch of For Youth supplements are tested at the manufacturer and then tested again at an independent, certified laboratory in Singapore.

  • How can I find the test results?

All test results are linked in every product page. You can find this by scrolling down every product page and search for "Testing reports". Don't see the test report for your batch? Send us an email via care@foryouth.co so we can assist you.

  • Are your supplements safe?

We test all production batches of our products for high purity (defined as >98%) and make sure the levels of heavy metals are well within the limits defined by the Singapore HSA.

  • How do you test your supplements?

A certified laboratory in Singapore tests for substance, high purity (>98%) and heavy metals like lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury.

  • Can I cure ageing?

We can’t cure ageing yet, but science is progressing fast. As scientists have discovered the reasons why we age, they are also finding molecules that can work against these causes. Experts like David Sinclair or Aubrey de Grey are claiming ageing will soon be treated as a disease that can be cured. We’re not there yet, but scientists have found many ways we can slow down ageing already.

  • Can I slow down ageing?

Yes, it is possible to slow down ageing. The best approach to slow down ageing currently mainly involves lifestyle and supplements. Things like exercise, mindfulness, sleep, diet, social activities and supplements have significant impact on longer healthier lives. We expect advances in prescription medication to tackle ageing will come into being in the next decades.

  • What diet is the best for longevity?

Nutrition is one of the most powerful lifestyle interventions to reduce your rate of ageing.

Nutrition is a powerful tool to extend your lifespan and improve the quality of your life. It is however one of the least commonly understood ways to support healthy ageing. Most people follow crash diets which have short term goals such as quick weight loss in mind, not a long term goal such as longevity. When we look at the eating patterns of people living in blue zones, we can draw a few lessons from the common characteristics.

Eat little or no red meat. Put vegetables, legumes and mushrooms first in your diet. Skip bread, pasta and potatoes. Don’t overindulge in food, so stop eating when your stomach is 80% full. Build in periodic fasting periods to reduce weight, blood pressure, cholesterol. Steer away from sugary drinks and animal milk.
